[The Ib that appears today looks absolutely terrible. Her hair and clothes are a complete wreck, and she looks like she's been awake for a week. There's a sense of jumpiness to her, and she seems incredibly on alert. If a fly sneezed, she'd hear it.]

You're not the only one! Oh, some of the people from that new region showed up, and they're giving out gifts to everyone in the region. You can pick them up at the Pokemon Centers, I think!
